Form B The form B contains information about the strata lot including the monthly strata fees, whether the owner has entered into an agreement with the strata corporation regarding alterations and what the owner owes to the strata corporation. Either the client or the mortgage broker can request this document from the buyer’s realtor.
Annual General Meeting Minutes An AGM (annual general meeting) must be held once a year within 3 months of the end of the body’s corporate’s financial year. The lender usually wants to see a copy of these minutes, so they know the strata is in good standings, financially. The client or the Mortgage Broker can request this document from the buyer’s realtor.
