Right from the first phone call to our last communication, Tom was clear and precise in answering questions, finding answers, helping us through the documentation phase, and even smoothing out signing of the documents. He was always prompt in returning my calls and answering my emails. Tom was there every step of the way until close. And he negotiated a better mortgage than one of the big banks! Broker Ester Arrowsmith took on the request to put together a lender with our son, who was purchasing his first home. Ester kept our son informed all through the process, and passed on the agreement between the lending institution and himself with only signatures required. I recognized the value of an experienced broker, searching for best value for her customers's need and to top it off, everything was kept local. This summer my wife and I experienced the same customer service excellence. We found a home we wished to purchase and we went to Tekamar Mortgages Ltd for help.
