Right from the first phone call to our last communication, Tom was clear and precise in answering questions, finding answers, helping us through the documentation phase, and even smoothing out signing of the documents. He was always prompt in returning my calls and answering my emails. Tom was there every step of the way until close. And he negotiated a better mortgage than one of the big banks! Whether this is your first mortgage or like us, your sixth, do yourself a favor and give Tom a call.Ester was super helpful and patient in arranging a complicated financing deal for a rental property we recently purchased.
