Tom was always prompt to respond to our questions (we had lots!) and I particularly appreciated that he was willing to confirm that he thought it was wise to renew early whereas I had found our former mortgage broker to be quite vague when we were seeking advice, leaving us unsure about next steps. We always recommend Tekemar to any of our friends or family seeking a mortgage broker around Salmon Arm.I will be using Tekamar for any future mortgages I have, the whole team was awesome in getting everything done in a timely manner and answering any questions quickly and professionally.
