Tekamar Mortgages got me a senior's mortgage based more on equity than cash flow and also one that would best meet my needs as we were selling the family home. The buyer for our home also worked with Tekamar to get their mortgage. We had to extend the conditions off date, as the mortgage suppliers took longer to get their work done than expected. The help was excellent and personable.We used Tekamar for the purchase of our first home and have nothing but good things to say!
